BIO. Creative artist Marina Cherepovich

Marina Cherepovich was born on June 18, 1982, in the city of Solikamsk, Perm region.

Her life journey began with pedagogical education, which she received in 2004. Driven by creative aspirations, Marina moved to Saratov, where she acquired a second specialization in the field of design.

Marina’s professional activity in visual art began with work in television. In 2007, she moved to Perm, where her experience in creating visual stories for television allowed her to develop a special sense of composition and frame dynamics. Since 2013, Marina has continued her career as a freelance designer.

Although the camera has always been a part of her life, Marina’s serious interest in photography emerged in 2020. She trained at various photography schools, gradually forming her unique view of photographic art.

In 2023, several of her works were presented at an exhibition in Cologne, Germany, which became a significant event in her creative biography. In October of the same year, Marina participated in the Perm photo festival, where her works were also exhibited.

In the spring of 2024, an important update occurred in Marina’s creative practice — she mastered the technique of paper and digital collage. From this moment on, photography and collage became inseparably connected in her work, creating interesting combinations and new artistic solutions.

Marina’s creative path is a constant movement and exploration, where each new project opens up opportunities for self-expression through mixing various techniques and forms of visual art.
